When did you join Lobster?


I joined Lobster in June, 2021!


Describe your role in a nutshell...


I support the Lobster Client Team in managing relationships with clients. That usually means helping with everything from initial campaign planning through to providing post-campaign evaluations.




Tell us what you enjoy most about working here?


For me, it's got to be the culture! Everybody's made me feel so welcome from day one - I never feel like I'm lacking support.


What aspects of your role keep you challenged and curious?


Every day is different at Lobster; I never know what jobs I'll be given or people I'll meet. Shopper marketing is totally different to anything I've worked on before now, and I'm loving the challenges it presents.


Which of the four SMG values resonates most with you and why?


Stay foolish, definitely. I think it just comes naturally to me.


What is the most useful piece of advice you've received since joining SMG?

If you can do a meeting whilst walking, do it. You'll be thankful for it.
