Challenge

 Lobster were tasked to support the solidification and training of Shopper best practices globally – engaging international markets with a series of training sessions and leave behind resources for future use.

Project highlight

Lobster delivered four interactive training sessions using a combination of our own data and the learnings and experience of other markets, building a global "best-in-class" approach. 

Approach

 Through a series of interactive training sessions, the FMCG and Lobster are delivering tailored and digestible training to their Shopper colleagues internationally. Modules include: The Shopper Opportunity, Planning by Objective, What does great look like and How to evaluate shopper investment.
