Describe your role in a nutshell...

As a member of the Lobster client team, I am responsible for supporting the team in the day to day relationship with clients. I help across planning, management and evaluation of shopper media. Ultimately, I aim to improve my clients shopper marketing activity and provide actionable insights from post campaign evaluations. 

Tell us what you enjoy most about working here?

The team! I love working in an environment surrounded by people who I can learn from and grow with. I have felt so welcome and the onboarding sessions within my first few weeks have really helped to grow my knowledge of shopper media and the company itself. 

What aspects of your role keep you challenged and curious?

The diversity of the role and shopper media itself. No two days are the same, there is always something new to learn and a different development within the shopper marketing landscape. The diversity keeps things really interesting and enables me to always take on a new challenge. 

Which of the four SMG values resonates most with you and why?

Stay foolish! To me, it's all about being inquisitive and finding creative ways to challenge the ordinary. 

What is the most useful piece of advice you've received since joining SMG?  

'It's all in the detail'
