Lobster was tasked to deliver a bespoke training scheme to showcase best practice for evaluating shopper marketing campaigns in Europe.
The final output was circulated across European markets bringing consistency in approach and standards across the company.
With the knowledge that each market is set up differently and has varying degrees of data availability, the project provided detail on each analysis option, by calling out opportunities, challenges, and nuances to be aware of.
